Refund Policy
We apologize that NENIFIRE did not meet your expectations.
All of our products are carefully and intentionally inspected before they are shipped. Our return policy is 14 days. Consequently, we can’t offer you a refund after 14 days of original purchase date.
To return your product, you should email thenenifire@gmail.com to initiate process. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email from us. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
We reserve the right to decline any returns that do not comply with the conditions we have listed above. Please contact us if you have any questions or problems.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Special orders or personalized items, and personal care goods (such as beauty products) cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
